Love is the greatest feeling you will ever have.Yet it;s also one of the greatist sorrows. There is so much suffering, but then there are times when the crying, and heartache is worth it. Those moments are perfect, they are right. Those moments make all the suffering worth while.Those Are the Moments We should live for.

megan meier was a young beautiful talented young lady. who was unfourtunately attacked with cyber bullying. and since i heard the story i knew i had to post something about her.
if you dont know what happend this is the begining of the story.
megan meier wanted a myspace account badly so her parents decided it was okay but, they were the only ones whom would have the password to her account and they would watch over it. megan wanted one because this was a grea way to talk with her friends and catch up on the latest news and trend with her friends. megan was also put in a new school for her 8th grade year. so having a myspace would keep her in touch with new and old friends. hey every teen wants to be able to chat and have a good time. no harm in that.
Megan also decided when she went to hear new school that she would seperate from one of the girls whom she had been friends with in her neighborhood. its okay everyone needs a change.
one day megan was on myspace and this cute boy by the name of josh evans wanted her as a friend on myspace. megan pleaded with her mother and she gave in to it. because she knew she could monitor it, so over the weeks megan and josh became good friends. he was the ideal myspace boyfriend, he told megan she was beautiful and she was really nice. so weeks went by and things were going great. after school megan couldnt wait to get on the computer and talk to josh.
one day megan decided she wanted to go on myspace. her mom was a bit hesitant. because her other daughter had an appointment so she was kinda in a rush. but, she logged megan into her myspace account. and when megan got on she couldnt believe it the boy whom she though she could trust was writing horrible things to her and showing the convestations him and megan were having she was shocked. megan was reading through her mail and josh was telling her "he wasnt sure if he wanted to be friends with her, because he heard she wasnt nice to her friends." megan sobbed she couldnt believe what she was seeing with her eyes. Josh and his friends were calling megan a slut, and said she was fat. megan also read something else that made her sob more. he told her to "have a shitty rest of her life" and "that this world would be better off without her." megan ran up stairs to her room crying her father caught her before she went in her room he asked what was the matter megan told him people are saying mean things about me and i dont know why. he told her its okay they obviously dont know her. she ran into her room and closed the door. her father and mother were down stairs. trying to let megan cool off.
reminder: megan suffered from depression, and since a young age megan tried to lose weight because, she didnt feel comfortable.
Finally her mother decided to go up stairs to her daughter megans room, because it had been to quiet. Tina meier could not believe it. megan had hung herself. Megan meier died the next day. 3 weeks before her 14th birthday.
Tina and Ron Meier had many supporters. as well as the family down the street whom megan seperated herself from.
6 weeks after megans funeral a neighbor from their block called the meier residence and told them something so shocking the meiers couldnt even believe it. the neigbor told the meiers that Josh Evans was created by adults, a family on their block. These adults, she told the Meiers, were the parents of Megan's former girlfriend, the one with whom she had a falling out. These were the people who'd asked the Meiers to store their foosball table.
when Tina and Ron found out the real truth they tore the fooseball table apart and put it in there driveway. Tina spray painted "Merry Christmas" on the box.
the single mother ended up filing a police report to the St. Charles County Sheriff's Department regarding the destroyed foosball table. give me a break a fooseball table is replacable not a life.
the sadest part of this story is that megans death has still not been justified because there is no evidence that shows that there was a threat to harm megan. im sorry but, telling a 13 year old that the world would be better off without her would be good enough for that woman to be punished.

i support the meier family. i want the Meiers lost to be justified. i always check in on the myspace that a family made for her to see if anything new is posted. please look deep down inside you and support this family.
I wrote this to show what cyber bullying or any bullying as a matter of fact can do. i want it to stop its sad and sick. i dont understand why someone has to tear apart another persons self esteem. people are affected everyday by the words people say. i have been hurt by people before and i still am at times. but, being 18 i have grown up and realized people do it just to pick at you and yes it hurts but, deep in ur heart u know its true.
I really wish people can grow up and accept that everyone is different. but, thats how God made us. we are all individuals we shouldnt be bullied because of what we look like or what we do. we are all humans. we all make mistakes. But, unfourtunantely there are people out there who live on drama. and the pain of other people. the problem with people who do that it hurts people and they begin to think wow im worthless. and maybe im not wanted in this world maybe im a waste of air.
im here to tell you bullies are wrong everyone is someone. believe it or not but, your a world changer. you are someones everything. someone loves you more than anything you could imagine. dont take anything someone says to heart because they are wrong and your life is worth living.

when i saw this quote i automatically thought of it for Tina and Ron Meier
"when you run from something, it only stays with you longer. If you fight it it makes you stronger."
Tina and Ron if your read this what i meant by this quote is that dont ever think that if you run away from the problems and dont talk about it things will get better. i know u dont hide it you both are telling the world and we appreciate how strong you are. By fighting this problem i believe it has made you stronger. fight until megan has her justice i know u can and so do millions of others. God Bless You and we are all behind you!
